A brand project for JOUISSANCE PARFUMS, The Collector is an ongoing series of short stories that reclaims the erotica genre as a space for artistic and literary expression. I commissioned and edited original works by writers including Natasha Stagg, Julia Armfield and Emily Wells — working closely with each author to shape their ideas. The publications have been distributed by Public Knowledge Books and stocked in independent bookshops internationally. They were also stocked at Tenderbooks, leading to a week-long window installation and a sold-out erotic writing workshop led by one of the authors, Susanna Davies-Crook.
